Having a well-written lesson plan is the start to a high quality child care environment but implementing the planned activities can sometimes be challenging. Daily schedules, routines, and free play times supply lots of opportunities to actively engage in planned 'learn through play' activities in all the learning areas. This training will provide teachers with tips to build active engagement through small group activities while having supervision over the whole child care setting.
